Store return policy

We want you to love your babylikestopony purchases. If for any reason you’re not totally satisfied you’re welcome to return or exchange purchases, provided –

• Lingerie has only been tried on over your own underwear
• Items are in new unused condition with original packaging and tags still intact
• You must notify babylikestopony of your intent to exchange or return within 14 days of purchase, and return the item within 21 days. 

babylikestopony have the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above terms. 

Refunds will be issued as a credit note redeemable in store or online, and valid for three years.

babylikestopony’s usual flexible returns & exchanges policy applies to sale items however returns or exchanges of sale stock will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price.
