Returns and exchanges

Babylikestopony's designer lingerie, bodywear and accessories are ethically produced by the worlds leading artisans. We want to be sure you're as crazy for them as we are. If you're not thrilled with your purchase, we're happy to help you with sizing and/or other queries, and you’re always welcome to return or exchange online purchases assuming they meet the following conditions –

• Lingerie has only been tried on over your own underwear
• Items are in new unused condition with original packaging and tags still intact
• You must notify babylikestopony of your intent to exchange or return within 14 days of delivery 
• Returns must be received by babylikestopony within 14 days of the return being approved 

Exchanges will be processed within 2 working days and babylikestopony will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Refunds will be processed by babylikestopony within a week of receiving the item. Refunds will be made by the original payment method for the cost of the items.

Shipping is not refundable. If the shipping was complementary, and the refund brings the net order value below the free shipping threshold, standard shipping charges will be deducted from the refund. 

babylikestopony cannot be held responsible for orders lost in transit so we recommend sending your items with tracking and/or insurance. 

babylikestopony have the right to refuse returns that are not in new condition.

babylikestopony’s usual flexible returns & exchanges policy applies to sale items however returns or exchanges of sale stock will be subject to a restocking and handling fee of $20 for orders within Australia and $40 for international orders.

Please note that gift certificates are non-refundable.
